Terms of Service

Last updated March 21, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ibananapro.com, Nano Banana Pro, and related services operated by ArtisanOne Software.

Using the website, creating an account, or purchasing a plan means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Scope and Eligibility

The service provides AI-assisted image generation and editing workflows for professional and commercial teams. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and you may use the service only in compliance with applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that your team members, contractors, and anyone using the account on your behalf also follow these terms.

Accounts and Access

You must provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it current. Account credentials are personal to the authorized user or organization and may not be shared in a way that exceeds the purchased plan or defeats usage controls.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, including prompts, uploads, generated assets, and API or browser sessions initiated under your login.

Plans, Billing, and Renewals

Paid plans are billed in advance on the monthly or annual cycle shown at checkout. Unless a plan is described as one-time, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You authorize ArtisanOne Software and its payment processors to charge the selected payment method for subscription fees, applicable taxes, and any approved upgrades or add-ons. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals and does not retroactively reverse charges already incurred.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to create, upload, request, distribute, or facilitate unlawful, infringing, deceptive, exploitative, or abusive content. Attempts to bypass safety controls, reverse engineer protected systems, resell unauthorized access, scrape the platform, or interfere with service availability are prohibited.

ArtisanOne Software may investigate misuse, remove content, suspend activity, or restrict access when necessary to protect the service, other users, or legal compliance obligations.

User Content and Generated Output

You retain rights in content you upload to the extent allowed by law and any third-party rights that apply to that content. You represent that you have the necessary permissions to upload source material, prompts, brand assets, and reference files.

Generated output depends on machine learning systems and may not be unique, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication, advertising use, customer delivery, or regulated use cases.

Intellectual Property

The website, software, interface design, trademarks, workflows, and underlying service materials are owned by ArtisanOne Software or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

These terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during an active subscription or permitted trial period. No ownership transfer occurs unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Service Changes, Availability, and Suspension

Features, model availability, pricing, credit rules, and usage limits may change over time. ArtisanOne Software may modify or discontinue parts of the service when needed for product maintenance, supplier dependency changes, abuse prevention, or legal reasons.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe there is non-payment, fraud, security risk, legal exposure, or a material breach of these terms.

Disclaimers and Liability Limits

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtisanOne Software disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtisanOne Software will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
